TO: MOA RALLY REGISTRATION VOLUNTEERS

This site is set up to allow you to register to volunteer to have fun with us at registration at the BMW MOA Rally in Salem Oregon in July 2013. This year for the first time we are using the Eventbright ticketing website to help us sign up volunteers. To do this each shift is described as a separate event and in order to sign up for a shift you need to get a “ticket” for each shift that you want to work. You will receive an emailed “ticket” at the end of the process which will be your confirmation that you are signed up for a shift.  

The registration job is responsible for greeting riders as they arrive at the rally, helping them through the registration process, and answering any questions they may have about the rally and the Salem area. Don’t worry! you will be thoroughly briefed before you start your shift. That is why we ask you to arrive at least 20 minutes before you are scheduled to start.

As you can see from the list of shifts above we need people from Tuesday morning until Saturday afternoon. Tuesday and Wednesday morning are primarily set up with the remaining four hour shifts on Thursday, Friday and Saturday dedicated to registration.

Since this is the first time that we use this site to register volunteers, we understand that it may be a little complicated and ask you to email or call one of the Registration Team members listed below if you need any help or if you have any questions about the volunteering.

Without people like you who are willing to spend a few hours at registration the MOA would not be able to put on this great rally. So come and join the fun, sign up today. Better yet get your club to sign up to do one shift. If you want to sign up your club, please contact one of the Registration Team members so that we can help you to sign them up.

We are closing down this volunteer website at the end of June so we can get on the road to Salem.... after that date you can volunteer for Registration or other Rally positions. See the BMWMOA.org website or  when you arrive at the Rally.. just contact one of the Registration Co-Chairs (wearing the bright orange or green vests).
